I'l throw up ten of them here. Most are cake, but some may give one pause...

The only thing I can argue with you is over number nine's answer. The thought is largely the same, but my reasoning is that the Pilgrim's came to America to avoid religious persectution, and were in search of the freedom to exercise it.

Cart/wagon and chicken/egg.

Oh, and number seven was my pitfall. I mistakenly attributed it to Paine.
