Blackadder

Just got the first season of Blackadder from Netflix today (man, sounds like I'm becoming a shill for them). This is a British TV show about a total weasel of a man throughout history - a cowardly, backstabbing rogue, played by Rowan Atkinson (Mr. Bean). The first season is set in "the really dark part of the Dark Ages"... I haven't seen this show in close to twenty years - time to see if it's as funny as I remember...

Oh my God, I loved Blackadder! The second season was best. I've seen those on DVD but haven't got it yet. Need to. Used to see it on A&E back in the late 80s. Have most of seasons one and two on VHS, taped off TV back then. Can't imagine why that stuff's not on all the PBS channels. In stead we get "Are You Being Served", over and over and over. Blekh.

And hey, thanks for coming over.

Yeah, Blackadder is a devious, sly and cunning wanker in season 2. In the first season, he's pretty much an imbecile.
